INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTERS
🔹 Oral presentation and content of the slides should be in English only. The use of any other language will lead to stop the presentation.
🔹 Please use the official template of the congress for your presentation. Click here to download.
🔹 Please include the title slide with your name and title of your lecture at the first slide.
🔹 Please mention your conflict of interest at the second slide.
🔹 Computers of the congress are running with windows. If you are a MAC user, please be sure that you are using a compatible version of files.
🔹 Please provide your presentation on a USB memory stick as soon as you arrive to the venue or at least 60 min before the start of the session.
🔹 We recommend testing your presentation with the technicians, especially those with video content.
🔹 If you combine video clips with PowerPoint, be sure to test it with the technician in the Speakers’ Ready Room at least 2 hours before the start of the
session or as soon as you arrive to the venue in the morning. Then please make sure with the technician in the Hall where your lecture is taking
place that the Video’s play well, at least 40 minutes before the start of the session
🔹 Please use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (Special characters might be changed to a default font on a PowerPoint-based PC).
🔹 Insert the images as JPG files (and not TIF, PNG or PICT – these images will not be visible on a PowerPoint based PC).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
🔹 Poster should be prepared in English only. Please use the official template attached in the mail.
🔹 Please use clear images with high resolution.
🔹 You will be sent an e-mail a few days before the congress with the number of your poster and station. Dimension will be mentioned in this email.
🔹 Please respect the size of the poster as mentioned in the email.
🔹 It is recommended that you stand at your Poster during the coffee and lunch breaks.

🔹 Please mention at the beginning of the video the title, the name of the presenters and the conflict of interest.
🔹 Any comments on the video should be in English.
🔹 Only high-definition video will be accepted.
🔹 Please consider size of video as mentioned in the confirmation email.
🔹 Please use compatible format with windows systems.
